Javier Holsonback: You might get a clue from the Secretary of State of the state where the corporation is chartered. They have a list of principle officers, possibly directors, and a registered agent. Stockholder lists are not public information. If it is a publically held corporation the information should be on the internet on Yahoo/Financial or Bloomberg somewhere.
