Georgina Natal: Panoramic images are simply a very wide angle of view, taken with multiple photos, and then stitched together.You can shoot a vertical panorama if you want.And about the "thunderbird" photo...I don't quite understand what you are meaning, but if you are wanting to crop a photo to fake a panorama, you might be able to get away with it, but it will not give you the extremely wide angle....Show more

Brock Anwar: You can do anything in photograhy that you desire. Shoot portraits with wide angle lenses, shoot vertical landscapes, and yes, a panorama of a car would be a good option for your assignment. Most panos are landscapes but I think you have a great idea.
