Hilde Heskett: Check out MP3Lingo.com support page. They have great customer support and don't check if you already have an account with them or not. They respond fast and wont charge you for support if you just pretend like you are a member. If that doesn't work, you can just sign up and get music through them. I'll give details later.(Hours later)Yea so i just came back from the verizon store and the guy said you need a sd memory card or an u! sb cord to transfer music. I have the sd memory card and I still cannot get fricken music on my phone, I'm getting pissed off...(One day later)I finally got it to work!! You don't need windows media player, all you need is a memory card and the sd folder to pop up. It was under My computer, H: drive for me. Just drag your songs from wherever (could be media player) and add them to the My Music in the sd folder. BAM THATS IT!...Show more
