Fred Caminita: Yes, having the registration is irrelevant. The new buyer will receive a new registration in their name. Make sure you fill out a release of liability IMMEDIATELY with DMV. The title is what's needed for the sale, but you can go to DMV about that too. If it's sold at this point, looks like that's not the issue.
Arlene Maycumber: Ya you can sell it like that. It's the registration not the title right? The registration info is on any dmv system. You can still sell it without a title, alot of people take them to mexico
